What are the consequences of working from home for employees, companies or the public sector?

Scientists from the Research Center for Corporate Real Estate Management at the Technical University of Darmstadt have addressed this question in the current study “Home office in a conflict of interest”.

With coworking, people work - on their own mission or in their function for a company or enterprise - at the same time in the immediate vicinity in one and the same space. The counterpart to this: the exclusive use of an area, i.e. without third parties.
