We were greeted with sunshine and warm hospitality by the workspace provider the Aurelis at the charming and extraordinary T-Haus in the west of Munich. The Triebwerk site with its restored brick halls is over 100 years old and combined with modern buildings it creates a unique atmosphere. Triebwerk tenants are, for example, a climbing hall operator, a furniture designer, Tesla and DHL. The different industries represented show the diversity of the area.
The T-Haus welcomes all entrepreneurs, founders and creative people who would like to organize a workshop, meeting or seminar in a special atmosphere. A workspace to book before you die!
Good food, drinks and interesting conversation about the real estate industry, office world and digitalization were on the program during our visit. In addition, we were able to convince ourselves of the implemented staysafe® hygiene concept developed jointly with TÜV SÜD. Conclusion: We felt comfortable and safe all around.
The staysafe® hygiene concept enables a safe return to the office. The digital hygiene management supports providers and operators of offices and workspaces in checking and optimizing their hygiene concepts with the help of the staysafe® hygiene app. Successful testing can then be verified with the staysafe® hygiene label.
Aurelis Real Estate Service GmbH has successfully passed the staysafe® hygiene check. The T-Haus is now presented with the staysafe® label on ShareYouSpace, visible proof that Aurelis fulfills its obligation to care and protect employees and customers.

What distinguishes your workspace?
The T-Haus is not a typical workspace and that is exactly what characterizes this space and what makes the T-Haus so special. With the T-Haus you get something individual and unique - a lovingly renovated, listed building belonging to the Royal Bavarian State Railways. And as the name suggests: Instead of "just" one workspace, we have an entire house for sole use!
