Return safely to the office with the staysafe® hygiene app
The nationwide home office requirement has been lifted. Appropriate health protection is a prerequisite for a successful return to office environments and workplaces during and after the official restrictions expire. Trust must be regained, "Come in and stay safe" must become standard. TÜV SÜD and ShareYourSpace have developed a service with the digital staysafe® hygiene concept that supports providers and operators of offices and workspaces in ensuring that employees and tenants feel safe in their workplace again.
The first ShareYourSpace customers have already implemented staysafe® and successfully completed the hygiene check. These include the workspace providers Hillert Next and ACHAT Hotels. Their award-winning workspaces are now presented with the staysafe® label on ShareYouSpace, visible proof that they are fulfilling their duty of care to protect employees, customers and guests.
We asked Rouven Müller, Sales Manager for the MICE division of ACHAT Hotels, and Christian Ehl, Managing Director of Hillert Next, about the implementation of the staysafe® hygiene concept in their workspaces:
What sets your workspaces apart?
The ACHAT Hotels are constantly changing, and our offer reflects this: whether there are two or twenty people in one room, we can respond flexibly to the wishes of our guests. Whether it's technical equipment in the rooms or a suitable evening program - with us, it's a matter of course!

We live in special times, safety and hygiene are the focus. Here we want to offer our guests the greatest possible safety.
How did the self-check/audit help you?
The self-check enabled us to further expand and deepen our hygiene concept. Not only our guests benefited from the staysafe® concept, but also we as operators.
Who do you recommend staysafe® to?
The concept to all operators. And of course our staysafe® workspaces to every guest. Through the testing process and intensive work on the hygiene criteria, we were able to make our spaces even safer, which is a clear added value for our guests.
